These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all orders placed through orbexring.com (the "Shop") and the use of this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Provider

The Shop is operated by Nexarois Digital Omar Ibrahim, Bahnhofstrasse 8, 2543 Lengnau BE, Switzerland, a sole proprietorship registered in the Swiss commercial register under CHE-212.129.185 ("we", "us"). Orbex is a brand of Nexarois Digital Omar Ibrahim.

2. Products

We sell physical products, in particular the Orbex smart ring and related accessories. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor deviations in color or detail may occur. The Orbex ring provides general wellness information and is not a medical device; it must not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.

3. Ordering & contract conclusion

Displaying products in the Shop is an invitation to place an order. By completing checkout you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods. We may decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability; any payments already made will be refunded.

4. Prices, currencies & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported (base currency: CHF) and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs, and any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside Switzerland, are shown at checkout or borne by the customer where applicable by law. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. We never receive your full card details.

5. Shipping & delivery

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates. If an item of your order is delayed or unavailable, we will inform you. Risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting on the day the last item of the order is received; if the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day. The customer bears the return shipping costs. Details, conditions, and the withdrawal procedure are set out in our Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Warranty

Your statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, contact us at info@orbexring.com; we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability (including for personal injury and under product liability law) remains unaffected.

10. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is not sold to third parties. Our store runs on Shopify; Shopify's privacy policy is available at shopify.com/legal/privacy.

11. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the CISG. The venue is the seat of Nexarois Digital Omar Ibrahim, Lengnau BE, Switzerland — subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence, which remain unaffected.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
